Refund Policy

Last Updated: July 11, 2026

Thank you for choosing our mobile bartending services. We dedicate specific dates, staff, and resources to your special event. Because we secure your date and turn down other booking inquiries, we enforce the following Refund and Cancellation Policy for all bookings.

1. Booking Deposit

  • To officially secure your event date, a 15% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • This deposit is strictly non-refundable under normal circumstances, including client-side event cancellation, postponement, or scheduling changes.

2. Final Payment and Deadlines

  • The remaining 85% balance of your total service invoice is due a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled event date.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the 30-day deadline may result in the immediate cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Cancellation and Refund Windows

If you choose to cancel your booked event, your eligibility for a refund of the remaining balance depends strictly on when you submit your written cancellation notice:

  • More than 30 Days Notice: If you cancel before the 30-day final payment deadline, you are not responsible for the remaining balance. The initial 15% deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Between 30 and 7 Days Notice: If you cancel your event between 30 days and 7 days prior to the event date, the paid remaining balance is 100% refundable. The initial 15% deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Less than 7 Days Notice: If you cancel your event within 7 days of the scheduled event date, all payments are completely non-refundable. You forfeit both the deposit and the final balance payment, as we have already scheduled bartenders and prepared logistics for your event. [1, 2]

4. Severe Weather and Emergency Policy (Force Majeure)

We understand that unexpected emergencies and extreme weather happen.

  • In the event that your event must be canceled or postponed due to severe weather, natural disasters, or state-declared emergencies, we offer a reschedule at no additional charge.

  • Your initial 15% deposit and any balances paid will be applied directly to your new rescheduled event date.

  • Rescheduling is subject to our current calendar availability. [1, 2, 3, 4]

5. How to Cancel or Request a Reschedule

All cancellation or emergency rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by the primary contract signer via our official email address. The cancellation timeline is calculated based on the date and time stamp of the received email. [1]

Recommended Implementation

This updated emergency clause provides great peace of mind for clients, especially for outdoor weddings or seasonal events.

  • Define "Reschedule Window": In your separate physical contract, you may want to specify a deadline for when they must use their rescheduled date (e.g., "Must be rescheduled to a date within 12 months of the original event"). This prevents clients from trying to claim a date years down the road. [1, 2]

  • Combine Documents: You can put your Terms and Conditions and this Refund Policy together on one single legal page on your website, using clear headers to separate the sections.
