This charge compensates the service staff and covers execution overhead. - Tip Jar Policy: Unless explicitly negotiated otherwise and substituted with an additional "hosted bar gratuity fee" in writing, a physical tip jar may be placed on the Mobile Horse Trailer Bar or Mobile Pop-Up Bar during service hours. 2. Refund & Cancellation Policy 2.1 Deposit Structure: Non-Refundable Retainer: To secure a specific calendar date and reserve the mobile bars (Horse Trailer, Pop-Up Bar, or Charcuterie Cart) alongside necessary staffing, a non-refundable 15% deposit is required at the time of booking. 2.2 Payment Schedule & Cancellation Windows: - Remaining Balance: The outstanding balance (the remaining 85% of the contract value) is due in full a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. - Partial Refunds: If the Client cancels the contract more than 7 days prior to the event date, the remaining balance paid (excluding the 15% non-refundable deposit) will be fully refunded. - Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date render all funds paid entirely non-refundable, as scheduling, staff provisioning, and perishable food logistics (particularly for the Mobile Charcuterie Cart) will have already commenced. 3.
